【摘要】 本文用Auger電子能譜(AES)、X射線光電子能譜(XPS)、二次離子質(zhì)譜(SIMS)及耐腐蝕磨損性能試驗(yàn)(CWT)等方法,對5454鋁鎂合金管與工業(yè)純鋁管在碳化液介質(zhì)中形成的表面膜進(jìn)行了研究.結(jié)果表明:兩種合金管表面膜的主要成分均是鋁的水化氧化物;表面膜愈薄,耐蝕性愈好;5454鋁鎂合金管的耐腐蝕磨損性能較工業(yè)純鋁管有很大提高,這是由于合金元素Mg的強(qiáng)化作用所致;其表面膜中Mg ̄+計(jì)數(shù)比基體高兩個數(shù)量級以上. 更多還原
【Abstract】 The surface films respectively formed by 5454 Al-Mg alloy tube and pure aluminium tube in carbonated solution were studied using AES, XPS, SIMS and CWT. The results show that the main composition of the surface film is hydrated oxide of aluminium.The thinner the surface film is, the better corrosion resistance behaviour it has.
